Global Machining Industries (GMI) was established in 2013 in Suzhou. GMI is a manufacturer of precision machined components utilizing a variety of materials including steels & stainless steels, aluminium, brass, bronze, Iron and plastic materials.
Our machining centre is fully ISO9001:2015 qualified and comprises of the following equipment:

• 16 milling machines
• 24 CNC turning centers
• 2 Broaching machines
• Laser etching machine

We also have an established network of stainless steel & iron casting foundries, steel forging, aluminium die casting, plastic injection moulding suppliers through out China that support us in exceeding all of our customers’ needs.
Suzhou is located approximately 1 hour from Shanghai by road with numerous high speed rail services available every day. Our professional and experienced team are waiting to hear from you.

The quality of your sourced part is directly dependent on the statistical process controls our quality assurance team continuously monitors and communicates to our suppliers. Our commitment is to satisfy your requirements through reliability, maintainability, safety and material strength. This is achieved in the course of manufacturing with consistent testing, sampling and assessment, as well as process change management, documentation and notifications. Through quality at the source, defects are reduced, delays are avoided and your production schedules are met.

QUALITY IN MANUFACTURING
Our machine shop operators are trained to verify that parts are made right the first time. In our ISO 9001:2008 registered facility, they are skilled in reading your specifications and drawings and continuously track critical dimensions throughout the production cycle, making instant adjustments when needed. Our Quality Assurance team provides additional feedback during regular spot checking of part conformity during manufacturing.
